Please watch the instructional video on opening the printer before attempting to remove the power supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Phillips screwdriver is needed to replace the power supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1080\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1920 \/ 1080;\" width=\"1920\" controls poster=\"https:\/\/www.neuralabel.com\/support-library\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/ReplacePowerSupply1280x720.jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/www.neuralabel.com\/support-library\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/ReplacePowerSupply_5Percent.mp4\"><\/video><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Uninstall replace and reinstall the Power Supply.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The following are the steps to replace the power supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Removing the Power Supply<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installing a new Power Supply<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Removing the Power Supply<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove 2 cables attached to power supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove 2 Phillips screws that hold the power supply in place.  Remove bottom screw first.  Make sure the screws do not fall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lift power supply by pushing back and pulling out.  It should easily slide out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Replacing the Power Supply<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Place new power supply in slits on printer.  There are &#8220;wings&#8221; on the power supply that will align with the printer slits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Replace the two screws, bottom screw first, making sure you do not drop the screw into the printer.  Make sure the screws are snug.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now reconnect the 2 cables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once screws and cables are in place, the power supply replacement is completed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The following video provides instructions for replacing the HP-branded Callisto Power Supply.
