The NeuraLabel Callisto 8.5″ Roll-To-Roll system with Sliding Baseplate is designed to complement the NeuraLabel Callisto label printer providing an efficient solution for producing standard-size label rolls in-house. Supporting media widths from 2″ to 8.5″, the system produces tightly wound, applicator-ready rolls at speeds of up to 90 feet per minute.
The integrated sliding baseplate allows quick roll alignment and fast roll changeovers, reducing setup time and keeping production running smoothly. Water-resistant pigment inks support BS5609 and GHS-compliant labeling on approved materials, while compatibility with both paper and synthetic media provides flexibility across a wide range of labeling applications. With its compact footprint and straightforward operation, the system delivers reliable, cost-effective roll production ready for your applicator or finishing system.
